Culmination of the spring and fall seasons
Win and Advance
Teams are seeded based on their conference records. They compete to see who can string together 5 sometimes 6 games of all the teams advancing themselves through the brackets. With a fresh start even if a team is not having a great season, they can still win their conference tournament championship.
The JAM Program – Purpose
The opportunity for every coach or team representative to write about the success of the team and players.
Coaches, parents, or players can use creative writing skills to inform the entire league on what makes their team impressive. Included should be team and individual highlights. Strengths of the team and individuals. Tournament predictions and goals for the future.
Awards
Every participant and coach receives a league t-shirt
Individuals on the 1st and 2nd place teams in both the NIT and NCAA division receive awards
3rd through 8th grade division with consolation sides of the bracket receive awards for winning and playing in the consolation championship games.
