Finally, school is close to releasing for the summer; develop your game with quality instruction at one of our summer camps. JAM is dedicated in holding ourselves accountable to offer the best programs throughout the calendar year. Accountability is something we take pride in, so with that said...

How do you hold yourself and others accountable in a positive way that produces the desired results?

These days, every dollar spent on any type of training has to show a return. National and global Business leaders are constantly looking for training that works--training that helps them produce the results they are being held accountable to achieve. That's why training for basketball or any other endeavor initiates accountability as the answer to producing immediate impact and results that bring a difference straight to the bottom line. Increasing the level of personal and organizational accountability for the results people need to deliver focuses the training application on what people are accountable to do just as in their own profession on a day-to-day basis.


ACCOUNTABILITY FRAMEWORK: Standards and Benchmarks for evaluating solid basketball training. The proposed framework includes several elements grouped under five headings:

1. WHO IS ACCOUNTABLE?

Parents and player Coach and team Basketball trainer if applicable Summer Camps Instructional Clinics

2. TO WHOM?

Individuals desiring the outcome

3. FOR WHAT?

To meet commitments as defined by standards and benchmarks To make sure the learning experience is fun yet rigorous

4. HOW?

Monitoring: listening, reviewing, evaluating Responding Informing and reporting Identification of responsibilities Self-regulation and completion of sessions

5. FOR WHICH OUTCOME?

Meeting desired goals, operations, awards, redirect and develop more outcomes

How can parents teach accountability to their children throughout a life span?

A. By investing quality time.
B. By listening to them.
C. By admitting when you are wrong. Don’t let pride keep you from being transparent.
D. By loving them unconditionally.
E. By disciplining your children.
F. By encouraging them to fulfill their potential. Teach them they need to look their best, do their best, and be their best.
G. By teaching them to be accountable for all their actions.
H. Emphasize the importance of quality relationships with family members, spiritual beliefs, peers, mentors, teachers, coaches.
I. By encouraging them to read every day in great books.
J. By teaching them that God has a plan for their lives.
K. By telling them to obey rules and follow great information diligently.
